Refunds

Returns & Exchanges - We have a 30-day return & exchange policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping label. Woof Caps will provide this label to you directly once we receive payment for the return label.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Once your return or exchange is received we will inspect the product to make sure it is in unworn and undamaged condition. 

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method. This will take place after we receive and inspect the returned items. You will receive email confirmation of the refund. Please remember, it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Exchanges will be processed upon the receipt of the returned item. The newly requested item will be sent out and you will receive a tracking notification for the newly requested item. 

Damaged Product - Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged. If you do find damages please contact us at woofcaps@gmail.com. We will as to provide images of the damage or defect so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
